Conference regular fee includes:
• participation in scientific sessions
• conference materials
• coffee breaks
• two lunches
• one conference dinner (Welcome Party)
* if the trip was selected
Scientific meetings will be on May 19-20, while May 21 is scheduled for an excursion. The cost of the selected excursion should be added to the price of the regular fee. Participants will receive an invoice with the total cost.
Students, PhD students and young scientists with registered PhD title confirment procedure can apply for reduced fee 450 PLN/100 Euro (730 PLN/160 Euro*).

The procedure of application for the reduced fee:
- After registration and abstract submission, the application along with a brief scientific information - CV should be sent to ubentkowska@ur.edu.pl by March 20, 2023
- Confirmation of the reduced fee by email within one week
- Payment of the reduced fee within 15 days after the confirmation
The number of reduced fee is limited to 10.
The ranking list will be prepared on a first-come basis.
